Review:
I went into this movie knowing that it was the second film in history to win five Oscars (best picture, best actor, best actress, best director and best screenplay) and has been hailed as one of the best Jack Nicholson's role and one of the 70's classics . Of course, after hearing all this, I had high expectations for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. " But still, I was surprised at the ease with which the film has exceeded my expectations and easily allowed me to understand how he deserved everything praise.Based Ken Kesey's novel, the story follows Randle Patrick McMurphy (Jack Nicholson), who is trying to get more spend time in prison, according to his criminal insanity and sentenced to time in a psychiatric facility. It was McMurphy's intention, as he believes that living in a madhouse will be much easier to deal with another hard time in prison. However, he quickly finds the destroyed bodies survivor patients (including Christopher Lloyd, Danny DeVito, Vincent Schiavelli and Brad dourif absolutely perfect as the stuttering Billy bibbit) and trigger a repressive damn nurse (Louise Fletcher career defining role) is much more difficult than he imagined . McMurphy plays pranks, horseplay, and generally rebelling against authority the rules in an attempt to boost morale. His constant optimism and reckless break date rules challenge the institution can be very instructive, and often very funny as well, but a lot of the film can be very stressful - a miserable state institutions are stable (and intentionally) dark background with a really great story bitter ending.Jack Nicholson is at his best here, head and shoulders above the other great performances in Chinatown or as good as it gets. McMurphy is an apparently unquenchable optimism, refusing to succumb to the spirit of defeating all the other patients. His antics Livewire, inspiring patients often uplifting, and some of its indomitable spirit finally broken, we really feel for him and his fellow patients. Nicholson expresses the essence of McMurphy to perfection, and it shows an excellent understanding and interpretation of nature. When McMurphy announces it will lift a huge stone fountain and throw it out the window to escape, the other patients are so caught up in the intoxicating spirit of freedom, as they believe, of course, he can do so, despite the fact that it would be impossible, much stronger for it. When McMurphy finally discovers that, despite all his efforts, he can not raise the fountain, it is openly crushed that we can not stop thinking about it. According to frequent harassment and livewire antics are real human emotions, which seems like a really touching. What can be said about "Flight Over the cuckoos Nest, that there 'was not already been said? It has a great script, top-action video painfully dark, perfectly setting the tone and turns the film is really uplifting terribly depressing. It may be the most memorable movie never ends, next man on a horse into the sunset and let the conflicting emotions in the viewer beat, do not know to think of another image to enjoy its glorious entirety. It is difficult to produce a better end result this.-10/10
