Review:
I saw this movie at a preview this afternoon. This is a very interesting movie for our family. My husband and I sit there and laugh often, be totally enthralled by the stories and images. Meanwhile, my daughter and my 7 year old grandson sat with us, and they were laughing through most of the film. It has something for people of all ages. It was exciting and, at times, is totally pulling your Heartstrings too. The characters are interesting, and you find yourself kind of support as time passed and the animals interact with humans often Xuye n steal the show! I know that some critics have problems with some of the amazing creatures to be seen, and they may have problems with the extraordinary The Croods they can do physically. I knew that going in this film that this film is a work of fiction, though, and so I was able to just attack my expectations of reality, and go on a car that Dreamworks wants to take me on. I enjoyed myself, and if this film what it is - a comedy about a family fun going through changes, and how they deal with these changes. I would definitely recommend this as a great movie to watch!
